Refund policy
I am happy to refund or exchange based on the following policies
• Contact us within 5 business days after receiving the item
• If the return is based on our error such as a defective clothing item Or You were sent the wrong size LMF will pay for the return Shipping costs.
Shipping costs are not refundable. For example if you pay $25 for an item plus $5 for shipping. Your refund will only be the $25
Returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days after receiving item
•If your item is lost or stolen please contact us and we can help track down your order down but we are not responsible forstolen packages. Lost packages in the mail is determined by a case by case basis.
• If tracking shows your item has been delivered we cannot replace any item or refund an item as we cannot verify that you have not received the order.
•We will do our best to help get tracking coordinates for your package
•If you believe your package has been stolen please contact your local authorities to fill out a police report
